Where do I apply for The Store Card?
A- You may apply The Store Card at any of our The Store Card Service Counter by completing the application form.

Can I apply for supplementary card?
A- Yes, all principal members will be entitled to apply for one (1) supplementary card at free of charge, irregardless of the relationship of the supplementary member.

How do I renew The Store Card?
A- As for The Store Card Classic, you may renew at any of The Store outlets throughout Malaysia. While if you are Gold / Platinum Card member, the card will be renewed automatically & the annual processing fees will be auto charge onto your bank statement.

I am a supplementary Classic Card member, can I renew on behalf of my principal member?
A- Yes, you may required to sign the ‘Membership Acknowledgement Form’ with indicate your Identification Number to renew your principal membership at our The Store Card Service Counter.

Currently I am a The Store Card member, can I apply for Platinum / Gold Credit Card? How about my points from the previous member card?
A- Yes, we are welcome you to upgrade your card at any The Store outlets but once your card is approved, your existing card will be considered null & void and all the balance points from the previous card will be transferred to your new card automatically. You are only allowed to use your NEW Platinum / Gold Credit Card to accumulate the points.

A- Eligible member must be aged 18 to 70 years, Malaysian / Permanent Resident in Malaysia.
Q2. Which insurance company is providing FREE Personal Accident Insurance Coverage for The Store Card members?
A- The FREE Personal Accident Insurance coverage for The Store Card members is underwritten by Great Eastern
Q3. Will I receive the Insurance Certificate issued by Great Eastern ?
A- No, you will be automatically covered by Great Eastern once you registered as The Store Card member.
Q4. What is the FREE Personal Accident Insurance Coverage for The Store Card member?
A- 24 hours coverage worldwide up to RM100, 000 for Platinum Card members, RM50,000 for Gold Card members & RM10,000 for Classic Card members for Death and permanent disablement benefits caused by accident during the period of cover.

A- Just present your The Store Card to Cashier when you make payment at any of The Store outlets to earn The Store reward points
Q2. How do I check my latest The Store reward points balance?
A- You may proceed to The Store Card Service Counter at your nearest The Store outlet to check your points balance.
Q3. Can I use my The Store Card to accumulate reward point at Pacific hypermarket & departmental outlet?
A- No, The Store Card only can accumulate points at The Store outlet nationwide.
Q4. Is there any expire date for the points accumulated?
A- Yes, The reward points will expire after three (3) year from the year the reward points were accumulated. Reward points were accumulated in year 2013 will be expiry on 31st December 2016.
Q5. How do I redeem my reward points?
A- Simply present your member card and Identity Card or Passport at Customer Service Counter upon redemption of reward gifts.
